There are many black (underserved communities) who suffer and fight for clean water.

Idea

Some community leaders and citizens might now realize how large of an issue this is if the problems are not within their communities, so let’s bring it to their front door.

Execution

Build small waterparks within Miami, FL, Salt Lake City, Utah, San Fransico, CA, and Louisville, Kentucky, and plan a grand opening (sending out press releases). We’ll lead the crowd in a countdown, and when ready, the water will turn on, and when turned on, it will be black (or extremely dirty). What a way to convey the water crisis in Flint, Michigan.
